Alexander Gref is the founder, the artist and the actor of VB. He created theatre Vagrant Booth in 1989.

He studies technologies of folk handy crafts more than a quarter of century. Alexander Gref is a member of the Professional theatrical Union of Russia (VTO), a member of UNIMA. He’s got academic degree of professor of chemical technology. AG is an author of several books and articles under the theory and practice of puppet theatre, technology of folk handy crafts and puppet-therapy in collaboration with Elena Slonimskaya and Larissa Sokolova.

Elena Slonimskaya is the main actress of VB, she plays all the performances. She uses swazle technic in Petrushka-show perfectly, and plays variety of musical instruments. ES knows a great many of folk handy crafts, she’s engaged in art therapy with sick children in hospitals of Moscow. ES is a member of the Professional theatrical Union of Russia (VTO), a member of UNIMA as well. ES is a co-author of AG in several programs and books on handy craft technologies.
